My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were beautifully furnished and elegant, providing a spacious and comfortable experience. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the Avenue de Champagne and the Champagne region. The dining was delicious, offering a good selection of buffet foods. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms full of character and the option to sit outside by the pool. The service was welcoming, friendly, and generally helpful. The service was first class, and the customer service was very attentive, especially with restaurant reservations. However, they weren't as attentive for drinks by the pool, and I had to walk down to the bar to request service. Overall, the staff were friendly and a joy to deal with.

The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in beautiful grounds and within a reasonable walk of the L'Avenue de Champagne. It was perfect for those wanting proximity to champagne houses and access to shops and restaurants. Being on the fabulous champagne boulevard next door to Mercier champagne house and close to all others was a definite highlight.

The breakfast in the beautiful 'sun room' was plentiful with a variety of options, although it could be slightly improved. The only downside we noticed was the homemade yogurt, which we felt could be better.
